UBC (Upshur Buying Club) began with a local need for affordable, healthier foods for our families. Some were looking for wheat or gluten free foods, more vegetarian options, non-GMO foods, or natural household and personal care products.

So began our search. We learned that if we order together, as a community, we could meet the minimums to bring these products in at wholesale!

As our buying power grows, members will have the option of volunteering in exchange for reduced membership fees.

We strive to keep our overhead low so we can bring you wholesale pricing with low membership fees. Our goal is to continue to provide affordable, healthy choices to the community.
